By using our services and coupon codes for Online remittance transactions, Forex card purchases, and currency orders combined with Forex card purchase, customers agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

1. Eligibilty:

1.1. The coupon can only be used for online transactions via WSFx Global Pay’s digital platform (wsfx.in) or the WSFx Global Pay app.

1.2. Coupon Codes are available to customers who meet the specific criteria set forth in the clause below (1.4).

1.3. The coupon code must be applied at the time of the transaction to be valid. Retrospective application of the coupon code is not permitted.

i. The Remittance transactions,

ii. The Purchase or First Load Forex cards.

iii. When a Currency Order is placed in conjunction with a Forex card purchases.

1.5 This coupon shall not be applicable to purchases of currency alone.

2. Coupon Validity:

The coupon is valid from [19th July 2024] to [31st October 2024]. Transactions completed outside the Validity Period will not be eligible for the discount.

3. Usage:

3.1 The coupon can only be used for online transactions via WSFx Global Pay’s digital platform (wsfx.in) or the WSFx Global Pay app.

3.2 Each coupon code is valid for a single use only, unless otherwise specified.

3.3 Coupon codes cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers unless expressly stated.

3.4 Coupon codes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other benefit.

3.5 The coupon code cannot be redeemed or encased at any of our branch networks.

4. Limitations:

The Company reserves the right to reject any transaction or cancel any order if the coupon code is deemed invalid, fraudulent, or used in a manner that violates these Terms and Conditions.

5. Liability:

The Company shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from the use or inability to use the coupon code.

6. Refunds and Cancellations:

6.1 In the event of a cancellation or refund of the transaction, the customer will not be entitled to a reinstatement of the coupon code.

6.2 The Company reserves the right to deduct the discount amount from any refunds due.

7. Changes to Terms:

The Company reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the customer's responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically.

8. Governing Law:

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai.

By using the coupon code, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
