Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Limited is a fintech company offering digital solutions for business spend management. As part of our partnership, GlobalPay provides forex services to Zaggle’s customers and employees.Through this collaboration, users of the Zaggle app can easily order foreign exchange, with transactions securely processed and fulfilled via the GlobalPay platform.
This partnership ensures full visibility and real-time tracking of forex orders for both Zaggle and its users, promoting transparency and efficiency. In addition, GlobalPay and Zaggle have collaborated to offer co-branded forex cards, enabling customers and employees to conveniently manage their international expenses. The verification and approval of KYC information shall be carried out exclusively by GlobalPay in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

Grievance
Grievance Redressal Customers may raise complaints via email, phone, or at any branch. Complaints shall be resolved within 48 working hours in accordance with the Grievance Policy.
