GlobalPay powers the foreign exchange services for EEC Global, enabling students to conveniently purchase foreign exchange through a secure, paperless, and fully compliant digital platform. Through this partnership, EEC Global students can seamlessly order forex, with all transactions securely processed and fulfilled by the GlobalPay platform.
The collaboration provides complete visibility and real-time tracking of forex orders for both EEC Global and its customers, ensuring transparency, security, and a smooth customer experience. The verification and approval of KYC information shall be carried out exclusively by GlobalPay in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

Grievance
Grievance Redressal Customers may raise complaints via email, phone, or at any branch. Complaints shall be resolved within 48 working hours in accordance with the Grievance Policy.
