GlobalPay X Ease My Trip
EaseMyTrip is an Indian online travel platform (OTA) that offers a wide range of travel‑related services.EaseMyTrip has entered into a strategic partnership with GlobalPay to offer comprehensive forex services to its customers. Through this collaboration, EaseMyTrip users can conveniently order foreign exchange directly, with the transactions seamlessly processed and fulfilled via the GlobalPay platform.
This partnership provides complete visibility and tracking of forex orders for both EaseMyTrip and its customers, ensuring transparency and efficiency throughout the process. The verification and approval of KYC information shall be carried out exclusively by GlobalPay in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

Grievance
Grievance Redressal Customers may raise complaints via email, phone, or at any branch. Complaints shall be resolved within 48 working hours in accordance with the Grievance Policy.
