GlobalPay provides the underlying forex services to Career Mosaic students, enabling secure and seamless access to international remittances, forex cards, and foreign exchange solutions.

Through this collaboration, Career Mosaic students can conveniently place foreign exchange orders online through a dedicated digital platform, with all transactions securely processed and fulfilled by GlobalPay.

The partnership provides students with a streamlined, paperless, and compliant experience for their overseas payment and forex requirements. It also offers complete visibility and real-time tracking of transactions for both Career Mosaic and its students, ensuring transparency, operational efficiency, and an enhanced customer experience throughout the transaction life cycle.Verification and approval of KYC documents, transaction-related documentation, and all compliance checks shall be carried out exclusively by GlobalPay in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements and internal compliance policies.

Grievance

Grievance Redressal Customers may raise complaints via email, phone, or at any branch. Complaints shall be resolved within 48 working hours in accordance with the Grievance Policy.
